The Old Road Farm

Rejuvenate with us!
Overview
The Old Road Farm is situated on 62 acres of rolling hills, just 40 minutes south of Pittsburgh with woods at it’s head and a creek at its feet. On our working farm we use organic and regenerative practices to ethically produce nutritious, delicious meat and eggs that are healing for us, our community and our planet. You’re welcome to join us in our daily work, or just enjoy the property!
Rest and relax in your comfortable studio-style space in our 1882 spring house, with full kitchen and bathroom or at our hillside Tentrr platform tent camping site.
Our guest house sits atop the natural spring that has fed this farm fresh water for well over 150 years. Recently renovated to add kitchen and bathroom facilities, the one room apartment feels spacious for it’s size and modern for it’s age.
Wake in your comfortable queen size bed to the sound of birds before breakfast of farm fresh eggs. Put your toes in the creek; walk through the woods; perch on the hillside to watch the cows, sheep, chickens and pigs; gather wildflowers, herbs, and maybe some veggies from the garden for your dinner.
The Tentrr site is perched toward the top of a hill where wild strawberries and blackberries grow, in view of our pastures and the most magnificent sunsets. A canvas tent on a wide platform, the Tentrr includes kitchen space, cooking tools, a firepit and a camping toilet.
