Nestled in the rolling hills of Ventura County, Zava Ranch offers a serene farm stay experience just one hour drive from both Los Angeles and Santa Barbara.
This peaceful 20-acre property is surrounded by mature pepper trees, heritage oaks, and fragrant lemon and avocado orchards. Guests are invited to relax, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the charm of rustic elegance.
Only 1 hour drive from Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Ojai, 30 minutes from many beautiful Southern California beaches and national parks, 20-30 minutes from shopping/restaurant/attractions of Ventura, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Camarillo, and more.
Wake up to birdsong and sweeping mountain views. Spend your day wandering through sun-dappled groves or sipping coffee beneath the trees.

We are a sustainable family-owned farm and chemical-free veganic organic fruit orchard located in Ventura County on the Central Coast of Southern California, USA.
Zava Ranch is twenty acres of citrus and avocado trees ethically and sustainable cultivated in our veganic organic chemical free orchard.
The trees are basking in the sunshine, cultivated and harvested ethically, sustainably, organically, and chemical free, without the use of animal products or by-products.
We live and raise our kids where we grow and harvest fruit.
We eat fruit off of our trees. The kids play in the orchard.
Health, safety, and nutritional value of the chemical-free veganic organic food we grow on our land is our focus.
We never spray the trees or add anything to the soil that we wouldn’t want our own kids to eat.
We practice Beyond Organic Natural Farming – no fertilizers, no pesticides, and no herbicides, regardless whether the chemicals are considered organic or synthetic.

Stand-alone Cute Cottage in a 20-acre Organic Lemon Orchard
Special Instructions: Farm stay, romantic getaway, or just a quiet place for reflection and self-care. A cute stand-alone cottage, one large room with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave) and a bathroom with shower. Large outdoor space with table and chairs and lounge furniture. Charming, relaxing, and comfortable. One queen size bed. Washer and dryer available right outside. Perfect size for a single person or a couple. We know that people need to work remotely and high speed internet is a priority. We currently have 100Mbps service going to property and access point on the roof of the cottage. Can be combined with the guest house to sleep 12 guests.

Special Instructions: Zava Ranch is a tranquil getaway ideal for retreats, family reunions, friend vacations, and business trips. Easy drive from Southern California’s coastlines and major cities of Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara, yet surrounded by orchards and countryside. The house sleeps up to 10 with four bedrooms and two baths (plus an extra full bath and half-bath are available in the adjacent barn if more than 6 guests). A separate stand-alone cottage with a queen bed and full bath can also be rented for even more space. ✨ Highlights: Spacious 4BR home + optional studio cottage.
