Overview

Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bouncing bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We also have chickens, peacocks, honeybees, and even a pig. Immerse yourself in beautiful simplicity on the edge of a lake. Pick a salad from our garden and cook some fresh eggs for breakfast in our outdoor kitchen.

Goat House Farm is a FarmHer run micro-dairy in a rural area of Tallahassee on the beautiful Lake Talquin. Founded on the love of animals and a passion for sustainability, we remain committed to compassionate practices and the most natural care of our land and animals as possible.

As stewards of the land and herd, we believe we have a responsibility to share nature’s blessings. It is our goal to create a space where our visitors can have fun and learn about the animals who share that space. We strive to serve as a valuable resource for first-time goat owners.

Pick your ideal sleeping space, be it our tiny cottage or Coop, glamping tents, or bring your own tent at our campsites. We have something for everyone.

We have a small outdoor kitchen, a communal fire pit, and a shared small bathhouse with a hot shower and composting toilet. We provide the cooking basics including fresh eggs, milk (when moms aren’t nursing), and fresh fruits and veggies for the picking when in season. Kayaking and hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.
