Staying at Little Tail Farms is more than just a place to sleep. Farmstay guests are welcome to explore the farm, visit the animals and enjoy the property at their own pace. Meet our Scottish Highland cattle, Nigerian Dwarf goats, Babydoll Southdown sheep, alpacas, miniature horses, chickens and Great Pyrenees livestock guardian dogs.
Guests can also book a Saturday Farm Tour, private farm tour, or our Up Close with the Highlands experience for an even closer look at life on the farm.

Farm Tour
Saturday Farm Tour -- Spend a Saturday morning experiencing life at Little Tail Farms! Our two-hour guided farm tour takes you around our 50-acre Tennessee farm to meet Nigerian Dwarf goats, Babydoll Southdown sheep, alpacas, miniature horses, chickens, Great Pyrenees and Scottish Highland cattle. Animal treats are provided, with plenty of time for photos and questions. Tours run Saturdays March through October.

Private Tour -- Enjoy Little Tail Farms at your own pace with a private two-hour farm tour for your group. Explore our 50-acre Tennessee farm and meet Nigerian Dwarf goats, Babydoll Southdown sheep, alpacas, miniature horses, chickens, Great Pyrenees and Scottish Highland cattle. Animal treats are provided, with plenty of time for photos, questions and enjoying the farm without the Saturday tour crowd.

Up Close with the Highlands -- Get a little closer to our Scottish Highland cattle with a private experience just for two. Ride with us in the Ranger through our 50-acre Tennessee farm, visit both Highland herds, feed the cattle treats from the safety of the fence line, learn about these incredible animals and enjoy plenty of time for photos. A relaxed, personal Highland cow experience near Chattanooga.
