Overview
Divide your vacation time between farm experiences; including egg gathering, butter churning, cheese making, jam making and beginning mosaic classes or enjoy interacting with our friendly animals while being close to enjoy all that Southern California has to offer. We're central to Wine Country; one exit south of Temecula and adjacent to the Fallbrook wineries.
Trail heads to the Santa Margarita River Reserve hiking is just a short distance from us in nearby Fallbrook. We're 25 miles from Oceanside's beaches, 32 from San Diego Safari Park, 32 from Legoland, 60 from Ontario's International Airport, and 56 miles to San Diego International Airport.
We are enthusiastic about sharing our love of a farming lifestyle. Learn why we chose to raise the diminutive Nigerian goat and meet the herd! Our free-ranged peacocks are the tamest and friendliest peacocks you'll ever meet! They love crunchy treats; bring crackers, granola bars, or cheereos!
Alpaca brothers Silverado and Dusty are picky eaters, we provide their treats.
Our pampered chickens will enjoy almost anything humans eat. Come cuddle a friendly chicken, gather eggs, and enjoy their friendly requests for treats.
Over the Rainbow Stables is immediately across the road from us and offers our guests special rates for their Horse Interaction and Riding Classes. Enjoy nearby Temecula's Saturday or Wednesday farmer's markets, hike the the family-friendly Santa Margarita River reserve or take a balloon ride over Temecula's wine country.
Half hour or so from Oceanside's white sand beaches, Legoland, and the Encinitas flower fields. An hour away from Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Airport and downtown's Seaport Village. A few minutes away to enjoy balloon rides and all that Temecula's wine country and Old Town has to offer. Forty-five minutes or so from Escondido's Wild Animal Park.
We're a short drive into the artists' community of Fallbrook where you'll find interesting shops, the trail head to the Santa Margarita River Reserve, unique dining, a stunning Botanical Garden Tour at the Grand Tradition Estates, or a fun trip to Welburn Gourd farm where you'll be able to turn your gourd into a piece of art.
