Santos Family Farm

Santos Family Farm is situated on an 80 acre parcel just outside the small town of Yamhill, at the northern end of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. It is not a classic farm with wide open fields and pastures. In fact, much of the land is rolling hills with large stands of huge Douglas Fir, Hawthorne, and Ash. We’re in the heart of Oregon wine country, and most of our neighbors are grape vineyards. To us, this is the perfect place to grow vegetables, fruit, flowers, and herbs, raise all sorts of animal friends, and generally spend every cent we’ve ever earned.

We grow a wide variety of produce utilizing our fields as well as our array of high tunnels for almost year-round production. We’ve been certified organic for over ten years. In addition, we use sustainable and regenerative farming techniques to constantly restore and improve our soils. Come for a visit and learn what we do or just bask in the quiet of the countryside while you sit on the deck and look over the fields.

Besides produce, we also raise chickens and ducks, collect eggs for sale, and have goats to keep the blackberries and brush at bay. We use guardian dogs (those fluffy white things in the photos) to protect our birds and livestock. They are not house pets and stay out with the flock at night.
