Territorial Farm Stay and Stable
Horse and Wine Country!
Overview
We offer several options for Farm Stays. Our main accommodation is the CARRIAGE HOUSE, a cozy, quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage with a large securely fenced yard. The Carriage House is comfortable for up to four people with a large, queen bedroom and extra floor space for a cot or airbed for extra sleeping space. There is a living/dining area, great for gathering, with a unique wood stove that heats the house for 24 hours. The well equipped, full sized kitchen features modern appliances, and is a great place to cook up a good meal with the many options for great local meat and produce and baked goods. There is a large bathroom with antique clawfoot tub and shower, along with full sized washer and dryer.
If you are looking for a camping experience, but don’t want to pack all the gear and still want some amenities, enjoy a Glamping Farm Stay in our RV GUEST HOUSE, affectionately known as FERN. Fern can accommodate up to four people with a queen sized bed and built in oversized bunk beds, full kitchen and bathroom. All the linens and small appliances, dishes, etc. are provided. There is limited availability for Glamping stays, so check in with us for availability.
Or BRING YOUR OWN RV for a Farm Stay and park in your own space with WiFi and 20 amp electric and water hook up's available. Clean, well maintained porta potty onsite. We are a small private, family farm, and can only accommodate one or two families or a small friends’ group at a time for a quality experience and safe environment. Our property and all accommodations are non-smoking.
Our horses are the heart of our Farm Stays, and we offer the opportunity to get up close and personal with them through a Horsin' Around Experience, private riding lessons, helping out with barn chores, or just petting some noses. Add on an equestrian experience to your Farm Stay. We customize based on your interests and comfort level.
And, we have a guest barn available for folks traveling with horses. Four stalls available. We can accommodate horse travelers with a space to park an RV or living quarters horse trailer for layovers or enjoying area day rides. Or, stay in one of our accommodations.
We are minutes from intimate, family-owned Oregon wineries in stunning country settings, offering delicious Oregon Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and other varietals. Our area is home to outstanding local produce farms, specialty farms, hiking, biking, and picnicking. There are many wonderful country-oriented day activities nearby. For horse travelers, there are a number of enjoyable and scenic day rides available in the area.
We are deep in the South Willamette Valley of Oregon wine country, easily accessible from major roads and an airport. We are located about two hours south of Portland, OR, between Corvallis and Eugene, both University towns, rich in cultural and sports activities on a national level.
Immerse yourself in country living, connect with the horses, enjoy a morning walk in the pasture, and experience farm life in Oregon. Help out in the garden, enjoy the backyard fire pit (fire danger permitting) and s'mores or just sit back and watch the animals and enjoy a good book or a relaxed conversation.
