Overview
Looking for a relaxing getaway from the busyness of everyday life? Book a stay at our family farm in Walkerton Indiana and get ready to enjoy the calming effect of the country life. Try your hand at gathering eggs with the farm manager or any other chores that may be happening at the time.
Stay in the 4-bedroom home which sits back a 1/2 mile off the road. You will have the whole house to yourselves. There is a kitchen complete with tableware and dishes, crock pot, pots and pans, and a cute coffee bar. Make yourself a warm cup of coffee and sit in the screened in porch facing the pasture where more than likely you will see cattle grazing 'til their hearts content.
If you bring your competitive side with you, take it downstairs to the ping pong table or air hockey game and have fun. You can walk down the lane to wade in the creek or sit 'a spell and listen to the sounds of nature. We also have a pond where you can try to catch yourself a fish or two for dinner.
For our guests we offer a 15% discount on our grass-fed beef, pork, and lamb during your stay.

The 4-bedroom house sits down a 1/2-mile lane where you will see animals grazing & hear crickets chirping on a starry evening. Sit on the back deck or have a campfire & soak in the peace & tranquility of a slower pace. Swan Lake Golf Course and Koontz Lake are two attractions within 10 minutes of your stay.
