New Day Dairy GuestBarn is a One-of-a-Kind Vacation Rental Experience located in the heart of Northern Iowa. Book a stay at New Day Dairy GuestBarn, our working family dairy farm with 24/7 views of 150 cows enjoying life in our barn through two large loft windows in the common loft area. Stick around long enough and you’ll find #DairymanDan playing guitar or piano IN THE BARN – we call it music therapy.

A DIY Continental Breakfast is provided for you to enjoy while cow gazing. And every stay comes with an Introductory Tour & a Farewell Tour in the barn with the cows & calves!  You can pet a cow, feed her some grass or hay, grab a cow selfie, let a calf lick you, and ask all your questions!

We are a working dairy farm, not a hobby farm. What does this mean? All of our family’s income comes from the dairy farm (and GuestBarn). This is our full-time job (and then some!) We love knowing that every day we help feed over 8,500 people delicious dairy products! Instead of those families having a cow in the backyard, we care for their cows in our barn! The entire GuestBarn is yours to enjoy with your family or group.  With three bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms you'll enjoy each others company while still having privacy!

The GuestBarn is the perfect place for a small family gathering – grab those grandparents or cousins. Maybe you want to meet up with long-time friends?  What about a Girl’s Getaway during hunting weekend?  Soak up some time away with your teens… whoever you bring you’ll have plenty of open spaces to enjoy mask free faces!
