Our 15-acre ranch in the Kentucky countryside is a haven for nature- and animal-lovers. Come meet our horses and goats--feed & groom them if you like!--and stroll along the stream and around the ponds, explore the gardens, pick wildflowers, and enjoy peaceful views of the rolling farmland and hills.
Berea, known as the Folk Arts & Crafts Capital of Kentucky, is a charming town with a rich artistic and cultural scene--there's always something going on! Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape from the city, a place for a memorable family or romantic retreat, or a home base for a visit to Berea or Lexington, this is the place for you! Guests traveling with horses are welcome to use our stables and pastures.
We offer guest accommodations in 5 private suites in a converted & renovated barn. Our horses and goats will be your neighbors. Our 3 ground level suites are named after a flower: the Rose Suite, our largest guest space; the Lavender Suite, which has a window looking into the goats' stall; and the Sunflower Suite. Enjoy views of the pastures from your patio, as fire pits, grill, dining table, and a patio.
Our 2 Loft Suites are located on the second floor of the barn, overlooking the horse stalls. These suites, named Thoroughbred and Palomino, are truly unique and offer the best views of the animals.
Our farm also offers resort style amenities, with a fitness center, sauna, billiards game room, home theater and gallery lounge.
You're welcome to try to catch something in our fishing pond--or just float around on our pedal boat. Take a picnic out to the creek and let your worries drift away with the sound of the water! We are pet friendly, and happy to host all members of your family. We look forward to meeting you!
