Grace Note Farm
Pascoag, Rhode Island
Music at the Farm!
Overview
Grace Note Farm, also known as the Benjamin Smith homestead farm c. 1730, is nestled in the northwest corner of Rhode Island adjacent to the George Washington Management area.
Riders can enjoy over six hours of riding on wide, mostly sandy trails that connect to Connecticut and Massachusetts. Families can enjoy our farm animals and participate in chores if they wish. We have heard we are 'the best toddler vacation around!
If you have horses, feel free to bring them. We welcomes group rides, can accommodate 50 trailers, and offers breakfast or lunch. Or you can ride our horses. We are more than happy to teach kids and adults what they need to know about horse care and basic riding skills.
If horses aren't your thing, bring your bikes for mountain biking. Hiking is also available on miles of forested trails.
We also offer FARMSTAY, a unique opportunity to work and live on our farm. Participate in the day to day chores of maintaining the farm, caring for horses and other farm animals. You can also help mend fences, paint barns, weed gardens, mow fields, clear trails, unload hay and supplies, clean barns & paddocks or split firewood.
Nearby activities include apple picking and hayrides by reservation.
